Shared SSL is a way to send protected, encrypted data through the Internet. Whether it is used for credit cards or passwords, a "lock" icon will appear in the end user's browser showing that the site is secured and the information being sent is safe. Get Sticky Design provides this service to help its clients from spending £250 and up for a custom certificate. However, the use of custom SSL certificates is supported as well.
